then you miraculously go on to make some kind of fantasy situation involving a home owner - who in your fantasy gets no change, but a renter does

then you bring it to this wonderful ending by asking - is this fair and reasonable


what have you got lined up for the sequel ------------------ aid for the home owner and nothing for the renter - is this fair and reasonable?


well, what's clear is that it's a pretty pointless movie that both you and the minor party have written - it's not going to get an academy award
