@MIStragic Mate it is unbelievable isn’t it. The hypocrisy of the woke-socialist greens movement will only be realised when Australia endures the undoubted blackouts in the near future and energy prices soar even higher. These people are so irrational that they can’t comprehend that oil and gas are essential to our daily lives and meddling with / wiping out supply will only exacerbate the repercussions for us all, themselves included. It’s honestly remarkable that these people think we can just turn off gas as an energy source and revert to supplying the country via low carbon renewables in such a short space of time. Gas will be a critical component of the energy mix for decades to come in Australia and by intervening via gas price caps they are only increasing the value of domestic gas assets like COI’s Mahalo assets. I really hope these people are taught a harsh lesson one day, cause at present we are being governed by a bunch of lunatics who have never worked in business and have never needed to make commercial transactions.
