does seem interesting...Gina has gone from 55.25% to 75.86% approx 20%...if STXs shares are yet to be added, their 30% would take Gina to 105%....so did STX only convert 20%...hmmmm
maybe STX is holding out with a strategic holding and hopes Gina pays them more for that final 10%? or use it as a bargaining chip in a future TO play? there are smart busines people on the STX board, so i assume there is a solid reason for this play if they did hold back ~10%
