    topsy99,

Your absolutely right about the not being a question of wether there is manganese there or not.

However I'm struggling to find some very basic information on the Company's targeted timeframe.

The announcement on the right to negotiate is of significance only to the tenements being granted. Having a little experience in this field myself I know it can take many months and sometimes in excess of a year prior to negotiating a native title agreement. This project is a little different to the norm, because it is also going require the clearing of some substantial environmental sensitivity's.

Now of course none of this detracts from the model the Company has adopted here, however it does place a balance on the ability of the Company to achieve its bold targets within the next few years.

This is indeed a long term play with some significant upside. I suggest the real money will move in when it is clear that approvals will be granted (particularly environmental ones) and a timeframe set.

I also get a little scared when Companys call themselves emerging producers when they have as yet not defined a resource and for that matter do not even own the rights to one. That is a very big ASX no no - but they are asleep at the moment so its some pretty juicy marketing in the interim.

All in all - great concept - will need a bucket load more cash - will need some groundbreaking approvals - will invariably have some production cost modeling issues - will take a long time - BUT could be a great 5-10year play.

    IMO
