During the quarter the Company finalised a twenty year PSC renewal application. The Companys technical team processed, interpreted and evaluated the electronic data obtained from the PSCs previous owner and operator. The application was lodged with BPMIGAS on 5 February 2010. Early discussions with BPMIGAS have been positive and the renewal application is currently progressing through the required channels.
