So in the future some people think we will all have an EV? Picture this: it's 5 or 6 pm and the majority of people are off home for the evening meal. Most people have the car plugged in to charge up over the next few hours. And depending on if it's summer or winter we will either be running the aircon to cool down or heating to warm up while cooking tea. Oh and it's dark early and a windless night. So solar and wind are generating zero electricity and we are no longer allowed to use coal where is all the generation coming from???????
