My main concern is that when / if MIN does not get the 80% (i think this is the figure to avoid capital gains for sellers) MIN will be left with a lot of explaining to do to those who sold out as most sellers do not realise they are going to get a knock on the door from the taxman.
MIN will not play nicely with NWE going forward if they dont get what they want.
MIN want the lot or they will be left with egg on their faces and will do whatever it takes to get this for future JV gas options with GR.
Any hopes of an improved offer are long gone and even if they did "improve" the offer, what would it be 1:1200?? Still weak as.
