Anyone got an AFR subscription…apparently there is an ex Goldman employee taking controlling shareholder to court!
just interested from a corporate reputation point of view…I suspect the controlling shareholder is a reason for trading at a discount…as is common when you have one, but perhaps discount a little more so here
