Relatively small amount as well. Only 15 million tons...so again begs the question Who.....and Why. Who's behind in their production of agreed batteries for agreed vehicle manufacturer. Or alternatively , how much more AVAILABLE spodumene coming on line in the next month which hasn't yet been committed under an existing off-take. It seems someone's throwing someone a bone here.

Who else has some spod ready to go right now ? Or more over is Sigma actually behind on its forecast 1st production outlook. I think Sigma still had around 85 ktpa left to sell from its 220 ktpa phase one after allowing for Japan's Mitsui and LG. But if Tesla takes it out , then not much hope for others in so far as nearer term SC6 production - ie other vehicle manufacturers

And one has to wonder right because Tesla was actually looking at Sigma as a potential acquisition as far back as 2019 when it was first bantered around. And how much more is Sigma now.

So why now. Definitely think Sayona's market premium to its nearer term valuation ratio is certainly on the low side given these turn of events , and definitely out of whack if you then remove Sigma's from the market ( due a Tesla sale ) with its phase 1 ( 220,000 tpa ) , phase 2 bringing the total to 440,000 tpa ......, and then talk of actually potentially tripling it again to 660,000 tpa from there.

And why would Government Brazil sell its stake to Telsa when it knows all of this supply - demand and near term profile of Sigma...... sneaky.png

So that really leave Sayona doesn't it.......what.png
