the shaking issue was covered by a video from Cellestis as mentioned by skorpian earlier in this thread.

Seems pretty straightforward now, also the Cellestis technical people in Japan no doubt would be covering this with their customers on a continuing basis.
Shame it happened however to have a faultless launch across different languages of any rather complicated diagnostic such as this might have been too much to ask.
It's interesting that there appears to have been no such problems elsewhere, particularly in Europe with a multitude of languages.
