Refer back to my post, Skeet, if it helps. Some of the selling is by sheep just following others that think the announcement wasnt that great. Sheep follow others,,thats why.

Same thing when a shareprice rises, Investors and well knowledged people divest the news, break it down and display their thoughts for others. When theres a trampede either way, it attracts sellers or buyers.
