Good to see you here on the MAY thread.
It would be interesting to read the terms and conditions of the permit, what constitutes commercial production and the process of getting the production permit. This may explain the cut back of planned flow to 1000bopd on the flow test.
I suspect the Cuban government will likely give production permits once we have shown capacity to run an ongoing flow test and that the crude is suitable to the needs of Cuba or sent for export.
