    Legally means nothing in the DRC...

    Whoever is going to give the Government the most(behind closed doors to personell)are the ones that will walk away with the most.

    The legalities in the DRC stand for squat and anyone hoping on the law over their are going to have to think twice on future manoverings even if AVQ end up with anything
