I’m just putting it out there that they have an interest in securing product at the cheapest possible price, it just so happens they own around 12% of a producer to ensure supply. Perhaps the price of the product (mostly NPI) and constant supply outweighs their desire for a return out of NIC like the rest of us, that’s all…
