I agree, some retail shareholders will not look at the documents.
Therefore, they will not accept the offer.
The ones that did read the offer documents and were going to accept the offer would have accepted either the first or second offer so they are out now.
The others would seem to be holding in like us.
I have said many times that at the closing date there will be a flood of acceptances.
I think we have cleared most of them out now.
Regardless, with the number of shares HC holders have declared they own and will not sell, MIN will not make it to 90%.
With approx 7B SOI, it takes 700million shares to keep MIN below 90%
At the currebnt rate of the uptake of the offer, and realising that many of those accepting were already friendly to MIN it is hard to see them reaching 80%.
