However.... in that time.. shareholders have been diluted into oblivion.
I was actually looking at the SP when RXL bought into the project, versus now... ouch.
Consolidation of 1:15 means... shareholders are sitting on huge losses.
Plus, they still only own 30%, plus they still have to carry VMC all the way.
In fact, VMC has a similar E/V to RXL.... very telling.
Not saying RXL is not cheap, but... after having been in BDC and seeing how it all played out.
Lets just say the new MD has a big challenge ahead.
