Fingers crossed. Could be good or bad but definitely the weight of expectation is for land sale or buy back. If it's a capital raise I'll need to go on suicide watch.The $10M bid would be someone positioning themselves top of the queue if it's good news. Would be pulled promptly for negative announcement.
