ASIC will do more damage to itself than it can do to Nuix. Threatening to leave is just their rhetoric as they have a legal battle against Nuix. Imagine leaving Nuix, the costs and the timeline associated with that 2-3 years, and they would still need to pay Nuix during this time. Then, getting Brainspace on board, implementing their systems, training staff, change management, atleast 3-4 years, this will be a major project, and they would pay them as well.. and now there are talks of splitting ASIC as it has too many things in it's basket, it will be a total trainwreck, hahaha
