Great to see the iron ore price breaking above US$ 130/t this morning. I reckon it costs these guys about US$ 90/t to get their product into the customer's hands - so US$ 40/t profit. If they can produce 1,200,000t a year then that would be US$ 48m at this IO price (vs market cap of US$ 37m). Add in the stockpile of 560,000t x US$ 40 = US$ 22m. US$ 70m total. If they paid it all out, 200% dividend yield on today's price.
Please can management just get the product moving. Sell, sell, sell!
