Melbourne Securities Corporation [Horizon 3 Biotech] is a major AVE shareholder and options holder and pet project of Matt McNamara [AVE director].It would be a bad look for that investment fund and its subsequent growth performance if AVE went under. I am just guessing but it may be that this group is still a source of possible future funding if cash/timing is the only problem.
