The offices are actually mediocre in the scheme of things. They are in a B grade building in West Perth (not CBD).
The buildings on Great Eastern Hwy near the airport would attract similar rents.
I don't see this as a cost that could be significantly reduced.
Just my 2 cents as someone involved in the local office market.
