A simple no. There is no relationship between financial year and project milestones. The milestones in the DFS, including start of plant assembly in April and first production in November/December are all set out in months of the calendar year and have no relationship to the financial year.
The company gave a simple explanation for the change of financial year that makes perfect sense and there is no reason to try and read something else into it.
