Soooo underwhelming end to the days trade. If this had dropped 8 months or so ago pretty sure we would have seen quite a sustained jump in price.
I just see the opportunity here and I can see vested interests wanting to make it succeed.
Tesla knows that the automotive industry is pivoting wholesale into ev. This means increased competition for sale of cars and increased demand for resources to build them.
Ford made a 300 million loan facility for LTR. It would not surprise me in the least that a similar facility gets made available now too from Tesla to MNS.
Significant upside for both.
Stretched supply chains will mean delayed delivery of cars and by securing future supply chains Tesla keeps the edge of availability in the market.
It is very easy to be upbeat about this announcement and the fact that the general market has given some a little longer to take a bite at the upside.
It shouldn't be dismissed out of hand due to 1 days trade in an anaemic market.
