So this agreement focus on AAM schedule more than Nachu
Nachu can be on time for AAM pilot or for future supply if Nachu takes longer. They can source the market for feedstock. WKT next door can supply them with battery grade concentrate. Nachu production in 2 years is more likely scenario.

MNS look for brown field site like they did with im3NY to save time and permit. They ordered long lead item for the pilot plant. They have proved this tech in lab scale for years and Tesla happy with the sample. So the biggest tasks are getting a site by June and pilot plants commissioned by this time next year. In the mean time Nachu to be on production in 2 years and im3NY batteries to customers with progress on upscaling funding with HSBC.
