Hi SD, appreciate the reply. However, I really do feel that it is a major impediment. VMC to date have proven resolute in not doing any sort of deal with RXL, otherwise it would have already happened. The terms VMC set to RXL early on are quite a burden and will continue for at least 2 more years! RXL is going to be bled dry.
You may well be right about the 4m ounces, but... as per the earlier post, if it is gained with such large share dilution, then... whats the actual point. Trust is incredibly hard to win back, unless.... you make a monster discovery and then you are popular again.
@m0ngy - I don't disagree that on a ounce $$ basis, RXL is cheap, but... the market would seem to hate the company with a passion. Why else the huge discount? If RR wanted, I wonder if RMS would pay $60m cash tomorrow for 70%.... would be $0.30... I wonder if a lot of shareholders would accept.... yet, it won't happen because its a lot easier for the board etc to just keep getting paid to print shares.
Good luck with RXL, they potential is there I don't disagree with you.
