Yeah, I think we are getting valued on P1 only now. With the huge amount of debt factored in. People are scared we might not get all the funding we need for P2.
I’ll be happy if P2 is completed by 2026 calendar year. Lol it will probably be 2028
Wish I could afford to risk more capital in RLT, seems like a good price for a long term hold.
