If WBT were to raise money this could be used to expand their capacity to take on more clients and get their products into more foundries and into more new products or in Coby's words more triangles. More triangles means more deals means accelerated cumulative revenue.

The next hurdle is the first deal (triangle), then the next and so forth. The quicker that a decent year on year revenue stream comes the quicker this company moves from an anticipated ASX300 listing to ASX100 and then the potential to list on NASDAQ (the dream).

In any event I see the speculation receding with the share price and the mundane retracement period until the next ground breaking announcement/s.

This is a race which I want the board and management to win and if they need say $50-100mio to raise to give them the best chance, then at say $5.50 would see a dilution of btw 9mio to 18mio shares. Given the shares on offer/ registry is btw 170-180mio it would represent a 5-10% dilution. I see it as a risk worth taking

I also think they are gearing up for a CR. Like you say, they need more staff. Coby has said this in his last two interviews.

Another 10m shares is in their 10% capacity and if it’s in the $6-8 a share range then that should be more than enough for a recruitment drive and the ability to hold those staff for a couple of years until the revenues flow…
