What is the likelyhood of the Foreign Investment Review Board(FIRB) giving its blessing for this deal to go ahead? Given that energy security is a big news item these days, there would be considerable political pressure on firb to stop this. Then there are ACCC issues to consider. A lot of hoops need to be jumped before this deal is consummated.
