With little cash and question marks over its long term viability I don’t see how they will be able to acquire anything. Surely nobody would enter into an earn out agreement.
Greenfields will be a no go while they have hibernated sites and can’t find staff.
Not sure how CB plans to deliver on the profit guidance of 70-99m ebitda. Doubling H1 “EBITDA” in the current market with staff still leaving, wages continuing to rise and insurers seeking alternatives is going to be a pipe dream I think.
Staff can’t even get uniforms due to cash flow issues, how are they going to grow the network
