They have to move it if they hit gas (needs to be moved for production plant construction).
It is actually quite a positive announcement: It shows that it was not the fault of Sheritt, and not the fault of the company. Equally, it shows how desperate the government is (for local energy supply) - so that if MAY hits O&G, we can expect the government to give full support (this will speed up the certification processes etc).
