Issue is the lack of correspondence between the company and its shareholders.
When the CR came there was a promise from the BOD that this would change. It has not and this has damaged the SP - and will continue to do so as time gets stretched.
Logic would normally suggest that the SP should be improving as results from trials get closer.
The overall weakness in share market sentiment will still play a part - but even that should be insulated to some extent.
