Given today's ann, surely this is a clear-cut case of misleading the market ? "JV ... agreements being prepared" Surely the ASX should issue a "please explain" regarding this very recent advice/update ? Is it reasonable to think that FYI had absolutely no idea 3 weeks ago that Alcoa was about to pull the plug ?
