Iggy's IP got rejected but he managed to avoid disclosing that very material information. All FYI had was a flowsheet which Alcoa would have been doing some very detailed D/D on. It was clearly considered as a dud. Interestingly it is essentially the same flowsheet that Iggy and many others are spruiking that was actually developed many decades ago making any IP claims very dubious without any significant changes which are not evident in anything published. On that basis Alcoa are unlikely to want to utilise it anywhere else.
