This will underpin Ioneer as a crucial US supplier.
Which will then provide the authorities with the will to override the residual environmental opposition to Ioneer's excellent conservation plans.
From the NY Times on the 17th Feb - "Biden E.P.A. Reinstates Mercury Limits Weakened Under Trump" :
"[The EPA] is expected as soon as next month to unveil a set of much tougher rules on car and truck pollution that would be designed to accelerate the nation’s transition to all-electric vehicles."
