We are here looking at a potentially multi multi billion dollars asset. The short termers here are fretting about the delay of a week (or a few weeks at most) in getting the rig on the pad. In business you scratch my back and I will scratch your back principle works. Specially in Cuba there is no way AP can afford to get on the wrong side of the Cupet just to please a few short term traders here! The Rig will arrive and the well will be drilled and if all pans out good then put on extended flow testing - there is no doubt about that!!
