I wouldnt call you balanced but I'd call you reasonable and consistent. I'd be very surprised to see the SP fall back any further than 18.5-19 cents, or that $100M MC mark seeing as this quarter we should be expecting "earnings" of $10M+
the HY23 loss should sit around $15-16M, and provided the copper peice stays strong and our quarterly earnings are in the 10-15M range, we should be paying off all debt in the next 1-1.5 years. anyone crunching those numbers sees the potential for $60M+ free cashflow per annum just off Anthill, a figure that easily places AR1 as an extremely undervalued stock at its current price.
I totally agree that in the near term, cashflow and debt are going to heavily dictate the SP, however with minimal downside that 65 cents doesnt look so overvalued given another Qtr or two
