As much as it would fill us all with more confidence, some do hold a substantial amount already. I cant imagine SG would buy anymore as he has millions in performance to obtain, but i do like that Duane holds 10+ million as CFO. John Downie as Exec holding 33+ million is also great. Ariel King holds 10+ million too. Senior management all have decent skin in the game, I cant see why they would be wanting to add more anytime soon
