But we are finally at the end, now is the time to strike.
There is minimal risk of the underlying business going kaput, its now a debt issue (combined with expected future fine and class action payouts).
Hence the need to act urgently and raise capital (which means that that minimal risk of underlying business going kaput remains, but the debt issue is removed from play).
