    Surely this is rediculous.

    p25 of "10.04.19 Prefeasibility on Helium Extraction"

    They use a discount rate of 7.9%, and assume they are 90% debt funded (via bonds) at 5.9% interest rate - this is why the project seems to have such a good NPV.
