Wind up the company now - at least shareholders would likely get something from the liquidation based on the accounts.
Unfortunately that is not likely to happen as Gernot and others continue to feed of MGG while there are funds there - the term Lifestyle company gets thrown around a lot but it is difficult to argue against the label being applied to MGG - a lot of money going out for no appreciable benefit or outcome for shareholders.
