That’s correct, always a sign of bad management vs good management or just a poor company in general if they can’t even call customers back… they’ve never called me back and Rennie has never called me back… got to love his webcasts where he says “they are always available to call.” Come on mate you probably serve 2-3 hours a week wearing your NSB hat and the rest with paradigm.
