I do believe PPH will sell the Australian entity whether they’ll get 200 million which I very much doubt maybe more like 100 because they’re so desperate. Whatever they do, they will pour into America and continue to lose tens of millions of dollars per quarter.

What will happen is as follows. There is no Australian Footprint, they will liquidate the Australian company and transfer our shares into some sort of holding company in the states. That immediately means difficulty selling shares, with holding taxes and much larger broker fees. What they will do then to line pockets is do a massive capital raise in America, Spruiking that they’ve got much more money and things will get better. This will have the result of completely diluting all Australian holdings massively and many holders will have what is called unmarketable parcels and you will simply lose your shares. Directors will take huge salaries and bonuses and then the American company will then die. Good night to all the money that has been invested. This is happened many many times before to Australian companies with directors thst simply don’t care or are unable or unskilled to run companies like this. Whilst the idea might have been good, I think the directors really underestimated how tough this market would be. This is me trying to be nice, although I think there’s much darker things going on. Let’s see what happens in the next six months.

I’d most likely sell out if this hits even… what will happen is this will pump prior to news and on news then will gradually tank again… tech stocks in general like this
