Doesn't value social media, I think it's that simple. He's also preoccupied with GRE and prob other boards hes on. I bet he doesn't spend 2 hours a week on ERW.
Newexco is running the show really, Toms paying them to, and they don't do marketing for their clients, obviously.
He recently demanded a promotion and pay rise, mind you from memory he doesn't take a big salary just big performance shares. That explains most things imo.
This land has got the goods, just time.
