Ok I tried, presented evidence from around the world, similar ranges from all. Russia seems to only report operational costs. Full cost cycle closer to $40-45 per barrel... For onshore oil. Much worse for near Artic oil.
They have trimmed output by 10-20% already getting rid of expensive production. Producing less oil at virtual no company profit. Government still maintaining it's %take on much lower revenues.
Looking at it from your point of view... Which is very spikey.. Must be a great thing Russia then! ☺️ that cost and sale price are very similar unlike most other producers which have the awful issue of making a profit. Those Rosneft executives "leaping " out of windows is from joy, not being pushed.
Why doesn't Australia invade Ukraine, so we can enjoy the benefits of being sanctioned. Increase our transportation costs? So simple.
You see white, but you'll call it black if it suits your purpose.
Oil and gas % of GDP will drop to about half of its historical average in 2023, 24, 25, 26... Russian customers are discounting below the sale prices on international scales. $54 is the upfront amount, discount will push it down to $40... Russians love hardship.
