yes, also aware of all this as well but agree with Barney it will
most likely cause a loss with falling min share price which is most likely to happen. A lot to think about as prior to takeover I had a plan this year but it’s been ruined by mins crap offer. I hold a largish parcel so I need to be careful, I also average at a low cost price so cgt is a huge factor especially in one financial year. Selling now or accepting offer to then sell is also cutting myself short as they are worth so much more. Been a restless couple of weeks but not giving them away, there is a huge amount of gas that’s for sure but I don’t like Mins approach and worry what games will be played, already riddled with them. Perhaps offer may be sweetened if he’s really struggling, may extend to include dividends by ex dividend date if that can still be done, Up the offer? (Not hopeful there) See what today brings and mins financial reports tomorrow but I’m still holding for now.
