    So what is the basis for the ASX refusing to allow MR1 to re-list if the deal goes ahead?

    Why is this any different to the hundreds of ASX mining companies who execute farm in agreements with other companies who then contribute/assist with the project?

    Probably got some muppet at the ASX whose balls haven't dropped making these decisions
