you cannot just turn around mid stream sometimes and change the program - permits etc etc and in the end the duster will be also valuable in terms of calibrating the future seismic - hopefully showing the basaltic and ophiolite layers - sure a lot of money but that is exploration and a hole is rarely useless - the old absence of evidence and evidence of absence - very relevant in effectively a greenfields project
