    you were lucky to have a pushy salesman. Every time I started to ask very specific technical questions they would run away from me. :-]
    Thanks for that link, though it doesn't mention it on their web site, But there was something similar to that on the "New Inventors" either last year or the year before.

    I decided not to install a solar electricity system not only because the cost was unrealistic, but also because the claimed CO2 reduction numbers didn't add up, nor could I understanding the contract that was put in front of me.

    Now if I were to go solar electric, I would setup a completely self sufficient system, whereby it could disconnect from the grid completely. It would cost between $30,000-$50,000 to build. Our household average daily consumption is 7.5kWh.
