If S32 decide againts going a head with a project , then AQD retain 100% ownership... S32 has NOTHING to do with that project and that SAA is void on that project. If they find a Tier 2 and S32 decide against moving ahead... AQD owns 100% and can sell it.
This is what most people DO NOT understand ...
