Dec 2022: The SPP, which was initially targeted to raise A$1m, was strongly supported with the Company receiving valid applications for a total of 26,884,791 Shares from Eligible Shareholders, totalling approximately $4,436,000
Directors bought into the company at 16.5 %
Hawkes Point increased thei stake to 13.2%
Rox raised more than $10m and in Jan this year the share price peaked at 20.5 cps.
Since then Rox announced a major drilling program which is running ahead of the announced timeline and produced some promising results from Midway.
But the Rox SP has now lost 27% of its value since January.
Many thought such a fall would be impossible but a large holder needed quick cash and has been selling down or out.
The fundamentals that saw the SP at 20.5 cps have not changed
I'm buying because when the selling is done there will be a rebound imo.
Can't be long now going by the shares held by the top 10 holders.
